The PoE setup was a breeze, and the 4K HDR detail is crisp enough to read a license plate from across my driveway. I’ve had it up for about three weeks now and the ColorX tech genuinely keeps the image colorful even at 2 a.m., which is more than I expected from a camera in this price range.

Night footage finally looks like daylight, the ColorX tech really delivers on that promise. I pointed it at my driveway and the 4K HDR detail picks up license plates even in pitch black, which my old camera never could. Hooked it up to the PoE switch and the picture is crisp from the first frame.

Night footage actually looks like daytime with this thing—the ColorX sensor picks up every detail in my backyard without any extra lighting. Cropping into the 4K footage to read a license plate was surprisingly clear, which is exactly why I went with this model.
